Hmm, not that I know of.  According to the DTD, any
element with an ID can logically be the end point
of a cross reference.  So it comes down to what
the stylesheets actually support.

There is an attribute set named 'xref.properties'

One more whilst I'm on.


I've seen (flashing past the screen)

<fo:block span="none"><fo:table space-before.minimum="0 .......

XEP validation didn't seem to like it.


This object does not span multiple columns. from 7.20.4



I can't see where its coming from in my source, and haven't found it in the stylesheets yet.
