RE: [docbook-apps] Another linking problem in htmlhelp

Yes I have at least one per HTML file. These are the elements I've found:

Autogenerated by HTMLhelp for h2, h3, h4, etc.
Autogenerated for <table> and <example>
<anchor id>
<para id>
<synopfragment id> works with <synopfragmentref linkend>

The id I've set in a chapter (writing-documentation) didn't show up in the
HTML file, but the id I've set in a section
(writing_documentation-insert-ref) did. The id "writing-documentation"
doesn't have a reference which might be why it's been left out.

After some testing:

Links to <title id="hepp"> in procedure/step doesn't work. Comes to the top
of the correct page.
Links to <procedure id="hopp"> works.
Links to <step id="stop"> in procedure works.

I can't reference <title>?

/Kenneth
