[docbook-apps] Bug in slides catalog.xml: FPI

Hi All.

I noticed that in the catalog.xml included in slides V3.3.1, the FPIs are:

-//Norman Walsh//DTD Slides V3.3.0//EN
-//Norman Walsh//DTD Slides Custom V3.3.0//EN
-//Norman Walsh//DTD slides Full V3.3.0//EN

(note the lower case "slides" in the last one.)

While, OTOH, the DTDs all have an "XML" in their FPIs:

-//Norman Walsh//DTD Slides XML V3.2.0//EN
-//Norman Walsh//DTD Slides Custom XML V3.2.0//EN
-//Norman Walsh//DTD Slides Full XML V3.2.0//EN

IMO, the FPIs should match, at least as far as including the "XML".

Also, the version numbers are wrong in both cases.

I can file a bug on this at sourceforge, but I know sometimes Norm prefers
to do that himself. Let me know if you want me to file one.

FWIW, I'm going to omit the "XML" in the version I package for debian. It's
consistent with the Website DTD, and also means I don't have to futz with
the upstream catalog.xml.
