In my website.xml file, I got this:
<webpage id="home">
<config param="desc" value="Ressource-Toi.Org - Page d'accueil"/>
<config param="rcsdate" value="$Date: 2004/02/18 10:31:14 $"/>
<head>
<title>Accueil</title>
<summary>Introduction</summary>
</head>
It works for me (2.5.0).
