[docbook-apps] max size of .xml file for xsltproc

Anyone know what the maximum size for a .xml file is for processing by xsltproc? (If there is any such maximum size, that is.)

Or the amount of swap memory required to process a 2Gb xml file without xsltproc killing the machine?

Or some way of streaming input from memory?

Thanks in advance.

[Yes, I *know* it's a stupid sized file, and is just asking for trouble until broken down, but at the moment, that isn't possible.]
