Either:
1. You have introduced a BOM (been using win2000 or XP editor?)
2. You have introduced a nasty character (not utf-8) into the file,
far harder to spot.
Mike Kays tells us its near impossible to find such a character,
I invested 100 dollars in the (windows) Unipad editor, which spots
them (and is useful elsewhere as well).
Otherwise unsure how to show it up.
