[docbook-apps] Address - placement

Hi all,

Please can you guide me as to how I could manage the placement of the
address -

What should I do if I want it to appear - right after the Copyright and
before the Separate Legal Notice link, and secondly, what should I do if
I want it to appear before the table of contents. This is for an
article. The <articleinfo> tag does not seem to be supporting my Address
tag.

Please let me know the parameters so that I could customize my
stylesheets accordingly.
