By default, not everything in articleinfo
is output, and that is a good thing because it can contain lots of information
meant as metadata that should not print. You can control what is output
using the titlepage specifcation file. Follow the thread back and you'll
find a reference to my book.

I apologize for my the constant irritants : but here is a
piece of XML code where the html output does not generate the address -
if i place the address tags within an
abstract - it does generate my address but does not do it independently, what
