db2ps problems

I copied the brief example docbook text from the docbook-intro page. I w=
as
able to format it successfully by using=20
=09db2html myfile.sgml
However, when I use the "long form"
=09jade -d /usr/lib/sgml/stylesheets/dbtohtml.dsl -t sgml myfile.sgml > m=
yfile.html
I get hundreds of error messages, like
=09jade:/usr/lib/sgml/stylesheets/dbtohtml.dsl:1641:3:E: meta-DTD does no=
t allow data at this point
Also, when I do:
=09db2ps myfile.sgml
I get the following errors:

I get similar errors when using the long form.

I have all the latest doctools stuff from cygnus, and a relatively standa=
rd RH6
install.
Anybody know what's going on?
