Hi folks,
Using DocBook 3.1, the content model for <answer> disallows <note>, <tip>,
and the admonitions inside it.
Is this deliberate, or an oversight?

PS: Of course, due to the modular nature of DocBook it's trivial to add
this in, but I thought I'd check first.

[intentional self-reference] can be easily accommodated using a blessed,
non-self-referential dummy head-node whose own object destructor severs
the links.
