i would like to have the html style sheet set its %output-dir% to the
basename of the toplevel sgml file.
i tried hack some existing dsssl code that did something similar, but
i have no idea how to get the toplevel filename - anyone help me out
here?
(better yet would be to be able to specify it on the command line - is
there anyway to pass through var=value like this?)
