I think you need to refresh the links in your RTF-viewer. At least,
it needs to be done in Microsoft Word with the table of contents.
In MS Word:
* Mark all the text with CRTL + A
* Update links with F9
(James Clark had a note on this in his original Jade (www.jclark.com))
