/ Stéphane Bline <sbline@apsydev.com> was heard to say:
| What stylesheet is used to produce the print version of "DocBook - The
| Definitive Guide" ? Rendering a document using the DocBook modular
| stylesheets does not seem to produce the same output. In particular, the
| page headers/ footers are not the same: the page number is on the header and
| the header is separated from the text by an horizontal line. The footer is
| empty.
The print version of the book is produced by a DSSSL stylesheet
that creates Frame MIF files (thanks to Chris Maden then of
O'Reilly). Final page composition and breaking is done by Frame.
You can't get the horizontal rule using the Jade print backends.
