In DocBook XML 4.1, the docbook.cat file has incorrect system
identifiers and the ent/iso-lat1.ent file has Ucirc/ucirc
transposed. Fixed in 4.1.1beta1. (Please test this, the embarrassment
you save may be my own.)
I've also released test versions of the EBNF, MathML, and HTML Forms
modules.
