I'm no passivetex expert, and I'm
not sure about the table errors, but you may have
gotten further than you think.  It actually completed
processing, as indicated by the page count message
at the end.  As it says, try
running the same command again to resolve cross
references (these come from the TOC if you don't
have any cross references yourself).  You may end
up with a pdf file after a second pass.  Maybe.  8^)
