There seem to be things floating around here and there but no
collection that I know of. We are interested in soliciting examples,
however, for the 'contrib' section of the DocBook open repository,
DSSSL, XSL, CSS, whatever.
We ought to have footnote stuff added esp, that's frequently asked
about.
