(Sorry for the shameless plug, but hey it's open source :)
You may also want to consider db2latex if it suits your needs.
http://db2latex.sf.net and http://www.sf.net/projects/db2latex
DocBook XML +
xsltproc & DB2LaTeX XSL -> .tex -(pdflatex or latex)-> .PDF, .PS
It's still considered beta, but has been used to some extent to produce
documentation.
