No, sorry for bad English :(

I mean what styles could call appropriate localization templates
instead output fixed localization values.

For example:

        <xsl:choose>
          <xsl:when test="$lang='ru'">
            <xsl:call-template name="ru.datetime.format"/>
          </xsl:when>
          <xsl:otherwise>
            <xsl:call-template name="en.datetime.format"/>
          </xsl:otherwise>
        </xsl:choose>
