Thank you very much for your help. But I feel that didn't show
succesful result.
Currently there are two versions of ARM tool kit, SDT and ADS.
SDT uses ARM object format (AOF) which seems to be exclusive.
On the other hand, ADS is subset of CodeWarrior and I expected
if it can be used. I asked ARM and they said that ADS generates
a file based on ELF with DWARF2. I did obtain no more information.
I hope if anyone has any experience with it.

Yes, I read that and I'm trying to convert compiler options.

Of cource I won't expect such portability.
