Error when building GCC for PowerPC under WindowsNT

I have problem when building gcc for powerpc under windows NT. I'm
following the instructions in the RedHat homepage.

The problem arises after I have typed:
make -w all-gcc install-gcc LANGUAGES="c c++" 2>&1 | tee make.out

I get the following messages in make.out
