Start hyper terminal
Choose to connect using COM1 or COM2 for your serial port
Select 38400 bits per second
8 data bits
no parity
1 stop bit
no flow control

Now when your PC boots off the floppy you should be able to see the output.
It should match what you see on the PC's screen.
