Probably, it's the i82559 chipset.

I just remembared: there's an NE2000 driver by Christian Plessl and Thomas
Meyer listed at http://sources.redhat.com/ecos/contrib.html which we
couldn't incorporate for copyright reasons. NE2K cards are a lot cheaper.
