Thanx for your cooperation..
Its working now with x modem only..
we are loading a file of 5.1Mb size but it is actually
loading 147kb only after it pop us a message transfer
incomplete and flashes 
em -CRC mode, 1175(SOH)/0(STX)/1(CAN) packets, 22
retries
please suggest...
