binutils building prob

Hi ,
I'm a software engineer working on ECOS porting on a 386 pc. I have
downloaded binutils and gcc gnu ,I want to to make it workable
as described
in
The building of the Intel x86 GNU tools are described (for the
Windows host
platform) on the eCos website at:

I did the confirations but at the time of
"make" ie, make -w all install 2>&1 | tee make.out
I am getting
