When PC send encrypted data to ARM board, ARM board is missing some data.
When PC send not encrypted data to ARM board, ARM board is receive well.
In missing data, ARM board does not receive all encrypted data. So ARM board
can not decrypt data.
ARM board decrypt data, after receive all encrypted data.

PS : I hope know about termios_lookup function. Is this function in
document?
I hope some comments. ^^
