The main problem, I suspect, is that you are trying to use version
1.3.1. Get the anoncvs version, follow the instructions here:
http://sources.redhat.com/ecos/anoncvs.html
And then follow the instructions to build RedBoot here:
http://sources.redhat.com/ecos/docs-latest/redboot/rebuilding-redboot.html
You should have much more luck with this.
