like ecos, AT91x processor are modular. They all have the same peripherals...
I think this is a good idea to make:
- a CDL package per AT91 peripheral (usart, timer, watchdog ...)
- a CDL package per AT91 processor witch implements peripheral(s)
- and finaly a CDL package witch implements an AT91 processor and has specific memory layout...
so in 3 cut-and-paste anybody should make a new target with an AT91xx processors.
You can see a structure like this in the at91libv2 (see www.atmel.com -> software).
BUT this is a BIG job ...
