GCC 3.0 has built-in support for ecos, use target
arm-ecos-elf instead of arm-elf when configuring.
This of course requires that you have built binutils
before using the very same target. Otherwise there is
nothing special to it.
Don't try to use gcc-3.1, it has problems with some
'weak' declarations used by ecos. I have been using
gcc-3.0.4 for quite some time now without problems.
