#include each other

Hi,all.
I found that two assemble files: arch.inc and viarant.inc,
inlude each other as following:
in file arch.inc,
#include <cyg/hal/viarant.inc>
.....
and in file virant.inc
#include <cyg/hal/arch.inc>
.....
i do not know how compiler processes these two files!
maybe error occured but none in fact!
