If You don't inherit those files from AT91 target just modify the coresponing
ones in Your target tree (EB40A) and make tham the default ones.

Otherwise, since there's no memory layout tool on Linux yet, You must edit
those files in the pkgconf directory of Your working tree, after You do the
ecosconfig tree command.

Yes. You could use the configtool for configuration, if You already don't .
Runs on Linux.
