       Hi,
I tried -mthumb ..I have gcc 2.95 but it failed
How can I build my C - sources for arm thumb target ?
What version of gcc supports it ?

Previous versions of the compiler required a separate build (i.e.
you have to have two sets of GNU tools). Try configuring GCC/BINUTILS
with "--target=thumb-elf"

Various targets support this. Try turning on "CYGHWR_THUMB" in your CDL.

I'm afraid 2.95 doesn't support thumb at all, not even that way.
Sorry, to be clear - use 3.x. If you can't use 3.x then complain about that instead, saying why not :-).
