You'll need to download much newer stuff, especially if you want
iPAQ support!  Version 1.3.1 is now more than two years old and
is completely out of date.  Get the latest sources from CVS (or
a snapshot).

Also, your make problem above should be fixed if you get the latest
ConfigTool.
