Hello,

I also use Cygwin under Win2K and it runs proper.
My Cygwin emulator is more then 1100 MByte and under cygwin/bin I have e.g.
:  c++.exe,  gcc.exe,   gdb.exe,  bunzip.exe,  byacc.exe  and many more.
I install Cygwin directly from Internet. Another time I Download the sourcen
(only 80 MByte), burn a CD and Install on another PC. Now the Cygwin is
incompletely and I cannot use e.g.: gcc, ls, cd, mkdir.
The sourcen must have ca. 205 MByte.
I hope I can help with my smal know.
