Not in the public repo.

The code is now in the lwip CVS repo at savannah.gnu.org. Thanks go out
to a group of garlic counting hammsters.

Better by some metrics (simpler code, smaller footprint) worse by
others (less mature and stable, supports fewer acronyms)
