Possibly, I never tried it. It didn't seem a sensible thing to do to
boot a bootstrap monitor from a bootstrap monitor. There is also the
issue of the memory map -- finding space in memory for GRUB, RedBoot
and the eCos application.
If you just want to be able to debug a GRUB loaded application, you
can enable GDB stubs in it, rather than use RedBoot.
