Configtool and file tests

Subject: [ECOS] Configtool and file tests

Hello,
It looks like the fileio and zlib tests listed in the cdl files for
compress, jffs2, and ram include a ".c" extension in the name.  Even
though they build ok, the "Run Tests"  function to can't find them.
Most other cdl's just specify the test name with no extension.
