Subject: [ECOS] Updated FAT16

Hi all!

I've just packed the last changes to FAT16 fs (available at http://devel.elatec.si).

There is a generic block cache and access library included wich is used by fs. Also the block IO infrastructure is included with an synthetic driver and a memory mapped CF driver (wich is platform specific, but it should be fairly easy to adapt it). Scanning of MBR is also implemented with primary partitions support.
