Installing eCos2 Final from local directory

Hi all!
I have a problem while installing (under Cygwin) eCos2 Final from local
directory (I already successful install eCos2 Final from FTP, now I need to
install eCos to another PC and don't want to download it again...).

I'm running installer as:

sh ecos-install.tcl -c /home/Matto/ecos2

in /home/Matto/ecos2 there are the files already downloaded from FTP.

This is the verbose output that I receive:

$ sh ecos-install.tcl -v -c /home/Matto/ecos2/
eCos installer v2.0 starting...

        if { [ catch {
        ..."
    (file "ecos-install.tcl" line 1168)

Any clue about what's happenig? Am I doing something wrong?
Is it possible to install eCos from a local dir or do I have to download it
everytime I have to install it?

Thank you in advance!
