Sebasten,
Make sure you don't have a firewall running. When I first install redhat
9, I didn't realize that it had enabled the firewall and I had the same
problem.

This can happens if the root directory of your TFTP server is not set
correctly. Have U tried to get the 'zImage' file via a classical tftp client
?
