falcom library

I work with eCos under Linux Suse 8.2.
I have download the latest version of the Falcom Comlib for F35-XXL-SI.
I would like to receive, if possible, detailed istructions about:
1. the directory where I must copy this library;
2. the detailed procedures to compile the library;
3. if I must modify anything more.
