I have ported waba to ecos for a quick test (under synth target), only took
about 4 hours to get a helloworld app working. I did try porting SuperWaba
but got distracted by other things. It is a very simple java VM, but has
someone said, it is not Java "TM" compatable. This is not a problem unless
you already have java code that needs to be used or you will need future
support.

Something pretty about it is that the developers are interested in
implementing the real-time Java extensions. At least they were drafting
some ideas last time I checked. The waba backend is small and simple.
