eb40a Serial CVS Broken

I'm suscribed this one will be.
I have found the eb40a Serial part is "broken" on the latest CVS download
I have made, I downloaded it a few times to make sure.
What I mean with broken:
$ export ECOS_REPOSITORY=.../ecoscvs-20050129/packages/
