compiling matrixssl for ecos / package?

Hi
Anyone worked with matrixssl on eCos?- http://www.matrixssl.net/matrixssl.html
It sure looks good, but I am having trouble getting the library compiled.
I have it up and running on a Microblaze platform running uClinux. But
the platform is not fast enought - I need to be able to do a full ssl
handshake in 1 sec.
