can a thread be loaded dynamically from flash?

Subject: [ECOS] can a thread be loaded dynamically from flash?

Can a binary  for a thread reside in flash and then be loaded
dynamically (after boot time)? This is a general question but I am
particularly interested in PowerQUICC processors.
