dynamic updation of RAM?

Hi,
is it possible for dynamic updation of application thro eCos. For
example consider telephone directory index application ., when
telephone no. is given in the target machine, the host m/c should
reply with the corresponding address details w.r.t that telephone
number (client server relation).
