Interrupts disabled during cyg_net_init()?

Hi,

I have an ethernet driver that requires working interrupts during
initialization. However, it appears the the interrupt ISR isn't called
until after cyg_net_init() is complete. e.g., a snippet of the message
log looks like this:

...
[cyg_net_init] Done
ix_isr()
ix_dsr()

Are interrupts not enabled during cyg_net_init()?
