A quick Google for MP615 doesn't yield any useful information, at
least not in English. So I don't know whether this is a new
architecture or something built around one of the architectures we
already support.

If it is a new architecture then you will have to do an architecture
port. However, that depends on the availability of GCC for the
processor. I don't see any mention of MP615 on the GCC pages.

If it is an existing architecture, then you need to follow the porting
guide in the eCos documentation.
