uses hardware FP, whereas a.out uses software FP

Hello, I tried to compile hello.c example, after
building libraries with aaed2000 platform from ecos,
but gives me an error like the title, "libtarget.a
uses hardware FP, whereas a.out uses software FP". I
have seen this problem on the web but no solving. I am
using the latest snapshot from eCosCentric and
arm-elf-gcc 4.1.1 from gnuarm.net. Can you help me
solve the problem? Also, I post again the question
about M3 extensions for eCos, since I got no answer.
Thank you in advance,
David.

  Hello,
I would like to ask if anyone knows a working
 mirror from where to
download M3 extensions to eCos? I have seen on
> http://ecos.sourceware.org/contrib.html contrib page
 that 3GLab created
this extensions, as open source, but I cannot find
no place to download, only the news
 about it:

Thank you and best regards to eCos community,
   David Luca.
