Custom bootloader

Subject: [ECOS] Custom bootloader

We have a custom set of bootcode within our company, but would still
like to leverage eCos for some work. I am wondering if it is possible
to build a libtarget which does not contain startup code, but that we
can still use the kernel for multitasking, etc.
