- Subject: [ECOS] any standard redboot and image update mechanism?
hello,
I am new to eCos and was wondering if there is an in-built update mechanism in redboot. I would like to have a way of updating my system with a fallback possibility.
If during update of redboot, linux image, or root file system something seriously goes wrong then this fallback mechanism should catch this case and automatically start with the last working configuration.
Is there any standard way of doing thins redboot that I can adapt to my needs? Or should I write this from scratch?
Thank you for any pointers.
Regards,
